Waiver Summary Text: 1.If accepted to participate in the SWFFL I agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless, the Southwest Flag Football League, officials, referees, sponsors, and/or any of their employees, agents, officers, directors and representatives from any and all claims, ca uses of action, lawsuits and/or any type of judgement that may arise out of any injury to the above-named participant on this team during league play or any related event or activity.
